RoidsPharm Shipping Policy
Most of the orders placed are shipped out the same day, provided that we have the product in stock, your payment is verified and confirmed and the order is shipped before 6pm EST. RoidsPharm does not process and ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless otherwise specified.
We use renowned express service shipping carriers.
- For products such as Botox and Dysport are shipped in insulated containers layered with ice in order to sustain the quality of the product. They are shipped with overnight mail unless otherwise requested/arranged.
- all other products are shipped with 2 day delivery service.
Upon shipment, customers are informed of the shipping carrier and the tracking number.
RoidsPharm does not charge for shipping unless a special request requires so.
Please note: Orders out of India will be charged a shipping fee. Please contact our customer service via email for additional information.
RoidsPharm Return Policy
We have a simple return policy. We will gladly accept returns within 6 days after receiving the products if:
- the product is defective due to manufacturing
- the product is damaged due to handling
- the product is outside the manufacturer's temperature guidelines
- if we shipped the wrong product
If any of the above circumstances occur, contact our customer service representatives via email and we will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have.
If a return is requested, we ask that you hold the products according to the manufacturer temperature and handling guidelines.
